Run Day

New Vest Logo On July 15, 2000, HALS hosted a VERY hot run day. With 106° temperatures, over 375 people rode the Cypress Creek & Southern trains. They stood in line and there were several birthday parties going on. These people love railroading as much as we do. What a fine day and lots of fun.

Also on this day, we premiered our new club vests. What a beautiful job Melissa and Brent Courtney did in stitching up the initial batch of 40 vests.

May 23, 2000, Parking Lot Paving

We received a beautiful new parking lot in late May. What a great addition, striped and all.
